Tubar Hydraulic Bin Dumper, for 4' x 4' x 4' bins, mild steel construction, with 6' high mild steel steel support stand, Mfg. 2016, 3,000lb capacity. Unit comes with 480 volt hydraulic power pack with controls. Also includes a mild steel receiving hopper 5' x 42" x 5' deep with 12" diverter outlet, hopper is 11' high. This unit needs a little work.
